4 filets de poitrine de poulet / 4 chicken breasts
500g de carottes / carrots
500g de pommes de terre / potatoes
2 gousses d’ail / garlic cloves
Directions
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces, peal the garlic cloves and put all together in a pot. Add salt, pepper, cover with warm water and bring to a boil. Let simmer until tender for about 40 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the chicken in a non-stick frying pan with no oil or just a small drop of olive oil.
- Drain the vegetables, but keep the liquid aside for it makes a delicious and healing warm drink. Mash the carrots, potatoes and garlic or puree with a blender or hand mixer. Serve the stoemp with the chicken on top. Add herbs and a drizzle of olive oil if wanted.
