I’m a raclette and hot chocolate fan but I will be starting on Wednesday a 40 days strictly dairy-free diet. What would you like to get free from ? Every year going through a dairy-free, refined sugar-free detox is so beneficial for my health and produces great results as to calm down any kind of inflammation. Sheet pan dinner is the answer when you are too lazy to cook a complicated meal. I love to just dice some vegetables and bake them with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for a sweet tangy taste. With less watery vegetables like carrots, Brussel sprouts and broccoli cook your meat aside but with vegetables with a high water content like zucchini or tomatoes, you can throw it all together in the oven 120•c for about 1 hour.
