This is a real favorite among my friends and family. I’m not that much into sweets and candies but with fudge, it’s different. It’s soft, it melts in your mouth when you bite it, it has a beautiful color and looks a lot like caramel but without it’s stickiness and elasticity.
If you’ve been to England, you’ve probably already tasted it. I usually make it as a gift as it keeps well for 1-2 weeks and is really cute in a little pack tied up with a bow 🙂
With only three ingredients, it’s simple but not that easy to make. As I don’t have a sugar thermometer I have to watch closely the mixture and trust my instinct to turn of the heat at the right moment.
